When will my apartment be available?

Your apartment will be ready for you from 4:00 PM, at which time your door codes will also become active. You are welcome to arrive at your convenience, even if you are checking in late at night.

Until when can I check in online?

Online check-in is available exclusively on the first day of your booking until 9:00 PM.

No, you do not need an app to check in.

No. The entire check-in process takes place directly in the browser of your smartphone, tablet, or computer. There is no need to download an app.

I have not received a check-in email. What can I do?

You can begin the check-in process yourself by clicking the "Start check-in" button on our website and entering your last name and reservation number, or by scanning the QR code located at the building entrance when you arrive.

If your surname is not being recognized during check-in, please ensure that you have entered it exactly as it appears on your booking confirmation. If you have a hyphenated name or a name with special characters, try entering it without these symbols. Should the issue persist, please contact our support team for further assistance.

Common causes include swapped first and last names, variations in spelling (such as Ä/Ae, Ö/Oe, Ü/Ue, or ß/ss), missing or extra hyphens in double-barrelled names, or bookings made by an employer, colleague, or partner under their own name. Please enter the name exactly as it appears in your booking confirmation.

If your reservation number is not being recognized, please ensure that you have entered the characters exactly as they appear in your confirmation email. Please note that some characters, such as the letter "O" and the number "0," can be easily confused. If the issue persists, please verify that you are using the correct booking reference and not an invoice or customer number. Should you continue to experience difficulties, our support team is happy to assist you further.

If you booked through Booking.com, Expedia, or a travel agency, your booking reference number will differ from our internal reference number. Please locate the "hotel confirmation number" on your booking confirmation or check your messages within the portal. Additionally, please ensure that no invisible spaces are included when copying and pasting the number, as this is a common issue.

A start code is a promotional offer designed to help you get off to a great start with our services, typically providing a discount or benefit on your initial purchase or registration. In contrast, a comfort code is a special incentive aimed at enhancing your ongoing experience, often provided as a gesture of appreciation to ensure you continue to feel valued and supported throughout your journey with us.

Please enter the start code once when you first arrive at the apartment. This will activate the lock and switch it to comfort mode. For all subsequent entries during your stay, please use the comfort code.

To have an invoice issued to your company address, please update your billing details in your account settings. Once you have entered your company name and address in the designated fields, all future invoices will automatically reflect this information. If you require an adjustment to an invoice that has already been generated, please reach out to our support team with the invoice number and your correct company details, and we will be happy to assist you.

Please enter your company address when completing the registration form during online check-in. Otherwise, the invoice will be issued to your private address and can only be updated at check-out.

No problem - there are two ways to start it yourself:

Via the website: Click "Start check-in" at the top and enter your last name and your reservation number (from your booking confirmation).

On-site via QR code: You'll find a QR code in the building's entrance area. Scan it with your smartphone camera, enter your last name and reservation number - done.

Last name not recognized?

• First and last name swapped: Try it with just your first name.

• Umlauts & special characters: Enter the name exactly as it appears on your booking confirmation - whether with Ä, Ö, Ü, ß or written as Ae, Oe, Ue, ss.

• Double names: Try once with a hyphen, once without, or just the first part of the name.

• Did someone else make the booking? If booked by an employer, colleague, or partner, the reservation is often listed under their name or the company name. Ask them for the exact details.
